Join Us for a Transformative Group Experience at Chautauqua Institution

Dates: June 22-28, 2025

Step into a week of intellectual discovery, cultural enrichment, and personal transformation at Chautauqua Institution, a unique 750-acre lakeside community nestled in southwestern New York State. From June 22-28, 2025, we invite you to join a special group study program centered around this year’s theme: Themes of Transformation: Forces Shaping Our Tomorrow.

What’s Waiting for You at Chautauqua?

Chautauqua is a vibrant and historic community that brings together thought leaders, changemakers, and curious minds from around the globe. During our week at this renowned institution, you’ll engage with groundbreaking ideas and interdisciplinary perspectives from experts in social science, economics, and futurism—challenging you to rethink your role in shaping the future.

Theme: Themes of Transformation: Forces Shaping Our Tomorrow

In a world of constant change, the only certainty is transformation. During our time at Chautauqua, we will explore the trends, discoveries, and societal shifts that are shaping the world of tomorrow. How will we respond to the challenges around us? Will we be catalysts for change or mere reactionaries? Through dynamic case studies and discussions led by top scholars and changemakers—including one of America's best-loved political couples, Mary Matlin and James Carville, who kick off the week exploring themes of transformation in our current political and media moments, Sian Leah Beilock, President of Dartmouth and first female president in their 255-year history, who will share her vision of creating educational environments where different ideas flourish, and Bezos Earth Fund's Director of AI and Data Strategies, Amen Ra Mashariki, who will address two of the most transformative forces impacting our future, artificial intelligence and climate change—you’ll be equipped with the insights to understand and navigate these transformations.

Your Chautauqua Experience Includes:

  • Full-access gate pass for daily lectures and evening entertainment
  • 6-nights accommodations at the historic Athenaeum Hotel
  • Ground bus transportation to/from Buffalo-Niagara International Airport
