This intimate, 4-day cultural immersion in Havana has been specially designed as a deep dive into the music and food of Cuba. Guided by the insight and connections of Kelly Kirschner, who will personally lead this exclusive program, we will focus on Cuba’s vibrant culinary and artistic soul. This experience promises inspiration at every turn and if you have been to Cuba with us before, this trip features an all new itinerary.
Trip Highlights Include:
- World Premiere performance by OtroLado Dance Company at the Teatro Nacional de Cuba, with a private pre-show conversation with the dancers,
- An intimate evening with a leading Cuban visual artist, offering firsthand insight into Havana’s ever-evolving art scene,
- Multiple meals in a number of Cuba’s most celebrated, current paladares/restaurants,
- A private jazz salon concert with the legendary Gala Mayor, hosted exclusively for our group,
…and more memorable moments, all thoughtfully woven into four unforgettable days.

Registration is just $2,250 per person and includes:
- Non-stop R/T airfare on Southwest from Tampa International to Havana
- Cuban Travel Visa

Important Note: Havana is a difficult city for those who may be mobility challenged and this trip is best suited for those who are active and can easily navigate many flights of steep stairs, uneven walking surfaces (streets, sidewalks), and being outside for extended periods.
Refund Policy - Due to the short time for registration, deposits or registration payments will be fully refundable with written requests sent to Judy Tilton, Study Travel Manager, on or before May 30. Cancelations made between May 31 and June 13 will be receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made after June 13, 2025.
