Deep Relaxation with Yoga Nidra   

Give yourself a treat during these stressful times. This deep meditation technique, yoga nidra, may help you sleep better, let go of anxieties, and de-stress. It is said that 60 minutes of yoga nidra is equivalent to four hours of sleep. Try it out! All you need is a comfortable place to lie down or sit in stillness. Pillows, bolsters, blankets and something to cover the eyes are suggested props but not required. We recommend a yoga mat or towel if you lie on the floor. Come experience this wonderful soothing meditation to refresh, relax and revive.
