Fitness is the Way Forward: Stretching, Strengthening and Stability   

Add movement to your day and have some fun too! Your body, mind and spirit will all reap the benefits. This class will help:

  • Increase flexibility for function and range of motion
  • Improve balance and strength
  • Enhance energy and reduce stress

Make a commitment to feel better and stronger. Get motivated and energized! We strongly recommend that participants bring a water bottle and wear comfortable closed-toe shoes. Participants are required to sign Eckerd College's activity waiver for this class.
