Exploring Museums Shared Interest Group   

This program is a Shared Interest Group (SIG) or it is a special member only program. Members must be signed into their account and their membership expiration date must go beyond the program's end date to register. Registrants' contact information will be shared with the volunteer SIG/Member Event facilitator to communicate updates/changes.

Additional Notes:  

Visit the newly renovated Florida Holocaust Museum for a special event with Howard Kerner! We will first view the film “Miracle at Midnight”. The movie, set in Denmark during 1943, is an accurate dramatization of the true story of the Danish rescue of Jews from deportation to Nazi concentration camps.  This will be followed by a private docent-led tour of the museum, during which we will see an original Danish boat used during this rescue process.

Pay at the museum. $8 – Museum members, $18 – Non-museum members.

The fee includes a modest lunch.
