Around the World Cooking Class with Chef Ivan   

Join us downtown for a culinary laugh and learn session as we cook (and eat!) an exciting international menu designed by Chef Ivan. Ivan’s goal is to inspire cooking creativity while giving participants the confidence to try new recipes, new techniques and new cuisines. In short, he aims to “put the fun back in food”. Ivan studied at the Culinary Institute of America and in programs throughout France. The evening’s menu will feature: Beef Bulgogi – Korean, Tiradito – Peruvian, Amatriciana – Italian, Za’atar Lamb Stew – Moroccan, and Kulfi Ice Cream – Indian. The meal, recipes and assorted wines are included.
