Artists Making a Difference in the World

Artists with a message have long shaped how we see art and the world around us. This lecture explores influential late-20th-century and contemporary artists whose work challenges, provokes, and inspires. Encounter projects by figures such as Andy Warhol, Maya Lin, Faith Ringgold, Nick Cave, Judy Chicago, and Kara Walker, and join a discussion on how their ideas continue to shape a new generation of art and artists.
