Chair Yoga: Enhance Your Flexibility, Balance and Mobility   

This gentle and mindful practice brings the benefits of yoga to those who may have mobility challenges or prefer a seated experience. You will be encouraged to move at your own pace as we work on flexibility, strength, and balance. With the support of the chair, Regina will guide you through accessible poses, stretches, and breathing exercises that promote relaxation and mental peace.
