GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Registration for July through August 2024 programs is now open for everyone. Registration for September through October programs will begin Monday, August 26 for members and Monday, September 9 for not-yet-members. (Updated July 18, 2024)

PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION
We accept payment by credit card only. Fees are due upon enrollment in each program. Only Eckerd College employees may accept payments. Non-Eckerd staff and volunteers at our satellite locations cannot accept payments for OLLI at Eckerd College programs or memberships. Registration will close by 10 a.m. ET the day before the program (or the Friday before a Monday program) is scheduled to start, so staff can email Zoom links and handouts (if applicable).
Membership is not required to register. Members do receive early registration and discounts on programs.
There are three ways to register for an OLLI class:
- ONLINE.

- BY MAIL. Submit complete registration forms to: Eckerd College, ATTN: OLLI, 4200 54th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33711
OLLI OFFICE HOURS
The OLLI office is located on the first floor of the Continuing Education Center (CEC) at Eckerd College. Staff offices are accessible through entrance “A” and classrooms are accessible through entrances “B” and “C” which are marked on the outside of the building. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Phones are closed on Fridays.
MAKE A PAYMENT TO AN EXISTING ORDER
If you have a status of “Registered Not Paid” for a program, you have three options to pay and ensure your spot in the upcoming class/experience:
- ONLINE. Sign into your account and 'Make a Payment.' See our video tutorial on 'How to Make a Payment online' on this page.
- IN PERSON. Visit our office during business hours to complete the transaction with our registrar.
- BY PHONE. Call our office during business hours.

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Membership is not required to participate in OLLI, but it certainly has its perks! Learn more about our membership levels and their benefits, which include discounts and early registration, here.
Current members, if you are not receiving the proper discounting after adding an item to your cart, please check your membership expiration date in 'My Account'. If the expiration date falls before the program's end date, you will need to: 1. Remove the item, 2. Add a membership and then, 3. Add the desired program to your cart to receive your discount.

CLASS/PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
A $10 administration fee will be withheld for any voluntary withdrawal. No refund will be issued for the following:
- Withdrawal is fewer than seven (7) days before the first class session.
- A participant is unable to join, drops out, or leaves an e-class program via Zoom due to power outages and/or poor Wi-Fi connection.
Note: There are no partial refunds for missing classes in multisession courses. Refund policies for Study Travel programs will be listed within the trip details.
PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS
In accordance with the Eckerd College Pet Policy, pets are prohibited in OLLI classes, tours and other OLLI events. Service animals are exempt from this policy. If you have questions regarding the policy, please contact the director of the Office of Accessibility at 727.864.7724.
